Hello friends. How do you people do dividing in scientific notation so easily? I just never seem to be able to solve a problem without going wrong a few times. Please do not tell me to take extra classes . They are expensive and I cannot afford them. Any other suggestion would be more than welcome.
Although I understand what your situation is , but if you could explain in greater detail the areas in which you are facing difficulty , then I might be in a better position to guide you. Anyhow I have some advice for you, try Algebrator. It can solve a wide range of questions, and it can do so within minutes. And that’s not it , it also gives a detailed step-by-step description of how it arrived at a particular answer. That way you don’t just solve your problem but also get to understand how to go about solving it. I found this program to be particularly useful for solving questions on dividing in scientific notation. But that’s just my experience, I’m sure it’ll be good no matter what the topic is .

Welcome aboard dear. This subject is very interesting, but you need to know your concepts and techniques first. Algebrator has guided me a lot in my course. Do give it a try and it will work for you too.
Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Basic Math, Algebra 1 and Remedial Algebra. It is a truly a great piece of algebra software. I remember of going through problems with perfect square trinomial, adding matrices and parallel lines. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program.
