I just realized that I have hardly any time left in tackling some issues with graphing calculator apps trig. I had kept it waiting hoping that I will come upon fine learning material or someone who can help out with long division, linear algebra and monomials. May be, I did not explore hard enough. But at the moment I am running out of time . It is simply not easy to unearth a fine coach to quickly coach me. It is beyond what I can give. And I need to find a immediate way out. Can someone who has had similar problems advice me as to what I can do? It will be a huge help.

Your story sounds familiar to me. Even though I was great in math for several years, when I started Remedial Algebra there were a lot of math topics that seemed confusing. I remember I got a very bad mark when I took the test on graphing calculator apps trig. Now I don't have this issue anymore, I can solve anything without problem, even quadratic equations and distance of points. I was smart that I didn't spend my money on a tutor, because I heard of Algebrator from a student . I have been using it since then whenever I stumbled upon something complicated.

I would just add a note to what has been said above. Algebrator no doubt is the most useful tool one could have. Always use it as a guide and a means to learn and never to copy .

Of course. My aim is to learn Math. I would use it only as a resource to clear my concepts. Can I get the URL to the program ?

I remember having difficulties with side-side-side similarity, distance of points and dividing fractions. Algebrator is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - College Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Remedial Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
