I'm having great difficulty knowing the logic behind the problem regarding exponents and radical functions. Can someone please help me to understand how to come up with a comprehensive answer and explanation regarding exponents and radical functions specifically in topic of monomials? I was taught how to solve this before but now I forgot and confused how to solve it. I find it difficult to understand it on my own so I believe I need help since I believe I can’t do this on my own . If anyone is familiar with exponents and radical functions can you please help me? Thank you !

I’m quite familiar in exponents and radical functions. However, it’s quite hard to explain it. I may help you answer it but since the solution is complex, I doubt you will really understand the whole process of solving it so it’s recommended that you really have to ask someone to explain it to you in person to make the explaining clearer. Good thing is that there’s this software that can help you with your problems. It’s called Algebrator and it’s an amazing piece of program because it does not only show the answer but it also shows the process of solving it. How cool is that?

I would just add a note to what has been posted above. Algebrator no doubt is the best tool one could have. Always use it as a guide and a means to learn and never to cheat.
