I agree , a good program can do miracles . I used a few but Algebrator is the greatest. It doesn't make a difference what class you are in, I myself used it in Algebra 2 and Algebra 1 too, so you don't have to worry that it's not on your level. If you never had a program until now I can tell you it's not complicated, you don't need to know anything about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the program solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer.
Algebrator is a very remarkable product and is surely worth a try. You will find several interesting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can say that it has made learning math more fun .
